Murarrie Skatepark is at 1238 Wynnum Rd not far from the main shopping complex at Cannon Hill. It’s about 10km east of the city, and is not too far away from Murarrie Train Station. Then walk across the Murarrie Recreation Reserve to get there. There’s a concrete half pipe about 5 foot and it’s pretty good fun but rides a little rough. On the other side of the inner quarter pipe is a bank which leads out to the centre flat. One line you can take is the quarter pipe, to a flat rail and finish at the half pyramid shaped bank. There’s also a good shaded seating area and toilets nearby. Enough here to keep your interest for a while, you can go from bank to bank, or smith grind the flat rail 😉
