Steve Caballero
Steve Caballero joined the Bones Brigade in 1979 and his first pro model was released in 1980. He was honoured by Thrasher Magazine as Skater of the century in 1999 and inducted into the Skateboarding Hall of Fame in 2010.
In 1987 Steve won both street and vert comps at the World Championships at Munster. His sponsors include Powell Peralta, Vans, Indy, Protec, Bones and 187 Killer Pads. Which ever way you look at it, Cab is an absolute legend of a skater. And what’s more he’s still skating to this day.
The Cab dragons featured on his pro model decks are instantly recognisable. And they are making a comeback, with reissue decks landing on shelves regularly. His latest Cab Faction deck moves on slightly from the Dragon theme, but there’s still one on the Skeletons board if you look closely.
