This deck is a collaboration between Primitive Skateboarding and Dragon Ball Super. The Goku Black Rose drop had 3 different designs released. Aside from the added with on the 8.25″, it has similar specs with a slightly larger nose and tail.
Goku Black first appeared in the Future Trunks Saga in Dragon Ball Super. Super Saiyan Rose is his powered up form. The graphic on this deck captures Goku Black powered up.
