Bones Bearings

It's hard to go past a set of Bones Bearings. These have been a staple of many a board setup since the 80's. These are specifically made to withstand the rigours of skateboarding and ignore the ABEC rating. They come in two main types, Reds and Swiss. Bones Reds are your entry level skateboard bearing. They have a good price point and are a common feature in many a board setup. Bones Swiss are high precision units originally manufactured in Switzerland. Bones were the first company to coin the phrase 'Swiss' which has since been adopted by other brands. These are super fast, robust and made for skateboarding. They also come in at a higher price.
